I sailed years ago with a cold, remote, unsmiling Senior officer. A very unhappy man.I was playing this song whilst we were on passage. Instead of making his way back to the senior officers accomadation after dinner, he made his way down, following the music to my cabin in the junior officers section. He tapped on my door, & politely enquired of the song. He was a totally different person for a minute or two.....relaxed, enthralled by the song.He was his usual self next day.

I haven't a clue but everytime I hear this song, I start to cry. I can't help it. The funny part is, I'm mostly heard in when in the grocery store, so by the time I get to the checkout line, I'm bawling my eyes out. It's a real shock to cashiers.

The first time I heard this song was in 2000 on the way to Europe and on the way back... I fell in love with it... now whenever I hear it... I think about all the beautiful things I seen there and things I had done.
