You should just watch the video and exercise at the same time, like following a workout video. If you you exercise with both videos none stop, like her in the video you will definitely see results with in a week.

Jeez this is hardcore. If you start from the beginning video, and follow with the second video, it feels like you ran a marathon. But of course, in the end you feel great

WOW! thats awsome! I have been doing this workout for 5 days now and can already tell the difference...a pair of my jeans is already too big...and I didnt even change my diet-just did this exercise..works wonders!

Probably more.When a man and a woman (from same weight) are doing the same exercises and dieet. The man will lose more weight then the woman.
