please...it is bertie aherns fault that we have a economic downturn now...why we have cross the board cuts in all sectors....in stead of controlling spending when we had the money....he quite happily wasted it without a thought in the world..he did well with northern ireland but he has left us and cowen in the sh#thouse!!!

I don't exactly like Bertie Aherne but in fairness I would much rather prefer Bertie Aherne to Brian Cowen. They have no control on Polish people coming into the country. Because of the european union other member are allowed to freely travel between counries within the E.U. Bertie Aherne didn't ruin Ireland that downfall was just bound to happen after the major economic growth that ocurred and recent years. Saying he has a big nose is just childish.
