Well no. In normal all the characters spam their infinite supers. Of course with a character like Patchouli, you'll most likely win, but it won't be THAT easy. Besides the difficulty in this game goes to Lunatic. Watch a video with that difficulty, and you'll see.........

I'm positive this happens in normal too... the general rule should be that computers are morons against patchouli and bullet-based characters in general
