Honestly...it's all about lighting and quick/on-stage costume changes. Spend at least one rehearsal planning out your lighting and one on your costume.Other than that, just let the actors "feel" their character, you know? Discuss with your cast how they think their character feels when they're recollecting.Have fun and let me know how it goes!

I am directing this play for my school too. I am nervous because it is my first time. My cast is amazing but do you have any advice? I am afraid the audience will be confused that each actor has two or three sub characters.
