You can buy any computer with extra programs added on. The point here is that Macs come with all of these programs from the start, no extra fees. They cost more because they're so much better!

Also, I've seen PC's that come bundled with Office, Works, and even Visual Studio depending on who they're intended for. The funny thing is that even then they cost way less than Macs.
