err city of evil does have some screams in a way, it's not traditional screamo screaming i guess, but the start of bat country? but no i agree with you, i dont think a7x have got any worse, just different =] and the B sides off the self titled are still pretty hardcore in places all you heavy lovers =]

wait...jhnbhnm...city of evil has NO screams in it at all...and in my opinion not as good riffs, though beast and the harlot is good. Yes the solos are mint...and I don't think any of it is bad music...but they got less heavy from waking the fallen to city of evil...and the self titled is more heavy than city of evil...there ya go...

u obviously dint read my comment write i said city of evil period. so u say yeh listen to afterlife???? yeh cz thts on city of evil. if u compare bat country or beast and the hearlot to unholy confessions or second heart beat think you will find bat country is heavier. and the sounding of the seventh trumpet was shit. why do you think they never play any of the songs off it live. let me guess because they sold out. your just pissed off because they made it mainstreem.

I don't think they sold out. I like some of their old stuff and new stuff. But both the old and the new have some bad. For instance Chapter 4 is great. Then i hear Remenssions and hate it. But this is my opinion.

haha right. chapter four and unholy confessions are their best songs. they did sell out, listen to any song on sounding the seventh trumpet then go listen to afterlife or dear god, WAY different. Which was more popular?
