My best guess, as it's black and white, is that it's from the first series with Diana Rigg. You could therefore rip it from the associated DVD. Anybody else do better?

Mrs. Peele - my role model as a teen in the 70's on PBS! The sexual tension she created between herself and Steed riveted me to the tube even then.
