I hope you enjoy your tinkering because thermodynamics will keep you from your goal that you are trying to achieve. If it was just a simple linkage you needed you should have accomplished your goal by now. There is no such thing as perpetual motion in an atmosphere except for that barometric clock that was made back in the day. Your device might work in a vacuum with magnet bearings that produced considerably less friction but you are living in a pipe dream to think this thing will work.

i think you shoulod put a few copper wire coils around your cylinder, that would buid up current, and replace your oscillating magnet by an electromagnet that would only trigger when needed, timing is the key again, just an idea, eventually to reduce friction a photoelectric cell would trigger the electromagnet. To generate electricity, gorget gears, just tap into the magnetic field of the device, the coils around it are the perfect solution.g

Because I insist on not giving up on goals that could potentially reshape the entire world.

I agree. Almost only works in the gane of horseshoes. While my model may not have worked, I will not be taking these videos down for the possibility that it may inspire someone else to solve a part of the puzzle I have been unable to.

Why do people like you insist on posting things that don't work? Wait until you have something that works before sucking up bandwidth that could be better used on useful things.

But I believe the mechanical approach to the concept like this vid shows has too many limitations and has suffered too many almost-situations.

True true - but I think the word 'overunity' will, as from day it gets accepted, become the standard word for postmodernity's sake :)

This is precisely what I state on my channel home page. Great presentation. Thank you.

Guess why: With a horizontal rotation, balanced on a bearing like this, it's just that little energy to accelerate the motor, Zero. Even using old-fashioned gears and pedals, if you will. What I love about "believers" is how they rush to show us an "almost working device" before it's completed enough to have it self-running. It's not mighty complex this device you have: why not just finish it and run it for a month.
