Well you might try picking up a book oor two so that you can learn about the man, and for your information no I don't only the white Americans seem to have this thing about race in the meaning that they always feel that they have to be in control, so I don't have issues like they do.

Now that the time has come to where we can evolve as a people, White America still has the need to place us even further down the line, they know they will never be able to get over the fact that an African American is going to run this country, but now they can live for the next four years knowing that America will be better than what it was eight years ago!!!! God. Bought this album for another track but once I heard this, was hooked. Am glad to say on my phone now too. Great to see it on youtube.This must be one of the most evocative and emotive tracks I ever heard. Still sends the same shivers to my bones when I hear it.An absolute classic, and wish I could have seen the vid that someone earlier requested, of them coming on stage with chains. And then hearing them sing it live.

I was a little bland and archaic I admit groove. but mostly all of those Christians were actually catholic christians and not "real" christians. So, i should have clarified myself. Baptists then became more organized under Calvin and Luther in the US and in such, most slave traders were christian. Groove, you are on point.

I'm Ivorian and i dont use spell check. By the way Seek, if you know anything about history, my tribesmen were among the first to be bought. I am a direct decendant of the slave trade. I have authority and absolute knoweldge over what I speak about concerning the middle passage (compared to what you think you will ever know). My families were taken to Spain and Portugual as well as several other countries in the trade. You have no clue you washed up ignoramous.
