p.s. does probation give them rights to search? Not that I am but just wondering since a lot of the guys on the show cops consent and are on probation

Even though this information is nice I find it hard to believe if a cop illegally searches you can prove you didn't consent. Maybe if the cop had a bad record for that, but not likely with so many people ignorant of their rights and being compliant.p.s. Its insane how much cops use tasers these days. I can see the 'fun' behind it, it makes all those hours of boring paperwork worth it I guess.

best way to susvive the police = DONT BREAK THE LAW!!! its that simple. and if you arent breaking the law, and get stopped, COOPERATE!!! after all you should have nothing to hide.
