there is nothing wierd about it. it is devilish that 72% of american drug users are white yet theres more blacks in prison on drug possession.the department of justice and human right watch has already proven blacks are targeted in the war on drugs and receive prison sentences for charges that whites walk on.ppl get on their high horse talkin down and dont know what the fuck they are talking about.i can send you a link to their report and it will probably shut you up permanently
