I saw these guys live...I've lived in seattle my whole life...I remember when alice in chains was a poser band, not a grunge. I remember when Soundgarden was a metal band, not a grunge.I'm a musician, I've played for 25 years...I went to Decatur High... Look it up... Federal Way, WA...Every weekend, out, looking, listening, learning... I learned a lot...About music, live, love, the world, mostly myself...This was my time...RIP, Andy...

Stone Gossard isn't the lead for PJ, he is the rythm guitar. Mike McCready is the lead guitarist. But yeah, Gossard was in Mother Love Bone with Pearl Jam's bassist Jeff Ament. And both were in Malfunkshun, which was the premice to Mother Love Bone. He's also in Brad, a side project.

Never been to Seattle. Been told there's nothing to see there but because all these great bands came from there, I'm sure I'd enjoy a visit. I was listening to this back in 92. Great band, great CD, beautiful song. I miss the Seattle scene, when rock had substance and depth. Nirvana, however good were their albums, kinda screw it for rock though. From then on, geek rock took over and anihilated rock'n roll for good. Nothing good left these days... God I miss the early 90s.
