NO you r wrong! Sinhalease didn't even owe tea states when stupid British brought them from india. Even by now there is no one guarding them or hold them from the job they are doing. Those ppl work in tea plantations for living. Their children going school. There is a whole gov running tamil university in SL. they have their life choice like anyone else.
