During WW2 britain didnt enslave anybody Because slavery in the british empire was abolished more than 100 years before whearas the US kept slaves for longer than that.

The Cross of Saint George is part of the Union Flag. It is also used as as flag by many cities. I also see, in the crowd, the French flag and even a US flag. Looks like various people coming together to enjoy fine music.
