The woman at 3:17 is a stitch. She reminds me of myself when I'm returning something hopelessly defective to a store or talking to a hapless telemarketer. *Puts on quiet, polite voice* "Well, I tell you what, I'm quite sure this isn't your fault, you're just here doing your job like I do every day, but you see, there's a little issue we need to fix here..." XD

great arrangement of complaints - more 'polished' than some of the others, which makes it easier to listen to.. but not necessarily better.excellent stuff!

Boring, not funny. This said, Canada is a great country to live in. When you live in St Pettersburg your complaints choir has it easy

As a Canadian myself and not just because I am one this is the best complaint choir out of all the ones I've seen. The Birmingham choir comes a pretty close second.
