How about the phrase -camera should have been placed better - in the original comment. I did not mean to sound destructive. I apologize. But it is quite annoying when someone is trying to see exactly how it is done, and connot see the stitches being sewn. Thanks for your videos. You have a lot of appreciating viewers.

Hi sewmarm, good video. I think it is pretty simple to follow you and my only sewing experience is having watched my mom use her machine. Anyway,sewmarm I have a question if you don't mind. I have a nice suit jacket with non-functional sleeve buttons and I want some buttonholes sewn in. Do you think I should trust the alterations shop with this or would they screw it up? thanks :)

Actually, it helps more than nothing. A video made is better than none. Constructive criticism is helpful, not just saying "no help at all". That's my point. Some people feel helped by my videos, so I keep making them. Someone once commented that a shot of the foot pedal was missing, and I added it. That was constructive criticism. Your criticism is no help at all ;). |
