Raymond Kohlman conducted the video deposition. Kohlman was (is) Desiree's attny. The case was virtually thrown out of Federal Court by Judge Urbina and all records except the Summary Judgment were sealed. This during the Clinton presidency.

Who is conducting the interview? A lawyer? From which side?HOw did the case ever be allowed to get to court? Wouldn't the CIA try to squelch it?
