Balmer, Gates and the entire MS gang are responsible for more wasted time, collectively, across the history of Mankind than any other single entity. That is a crime for which there is no forgiveness.(OH, like VISTA is any better?)They should be pelted and banished, like in the good-old days.Does all of the convenient access to stealing music and pornography via MS products make up for this abject insult to all of Humanity?

It's not flawed at all. Initiating threats and acts of violence against others for copying information is what's flawed. If you don't want others to benefit from your information, don't share it, or hold those with whom you have shared it directly responsible for not sharing it further via legitimate contracts. You have no legitimate claim against anyone else and trying to enforce one is simply criminal; and I don't care how much that may hurt certain business models. For me, ethics comes first.

That's somewhat flawed. Copyrights are there for a good reason. It's to protect works of literature and computer programs from benefit with out merit. The issue you should take up is Software Patents. With patents even if I come up with my ideas independently of all others, I'm still beholden to some schmuck who has a patent and possibly hasn't even used it.Of course I agree with a shorter copyright period. 90 years is a bit long...

20 éve ilyen srácokra mondták, hogy katonai szolgálatra egészségügyi okokból alkalmatlan. Papa el tudta intézni hogy ne legyen katona a fiacskája.
