This is the Best Speech in my opinion... others i like are:1. Bobby Knight - Angry Motivational Speech2. Al Pacino - Inspirational Speech in a Football Movie.3. Patton.These are great.... but Baldwin's speech has something special... you can apply what he says in any aspect of you life i think.....cheers...

I saw a movie called "boiler room" , with stoke brokers and Ben Affleck is like Baldwin. The trainers also mention "ABC ,always be closing" and some other movie with a duet Douglas/Charlie Sheen.
