This is what we think they could have done.This video was filmed for a presentation on the human, techical factors and error chain which led to the Air Florida Flight 90 disaster in 1982. The presentation was made during the First Officer Fundamentals course at Oxford Aviation Training as part of the First Officer Airline Preparation Programme. Filmed & Produced by Mark Furness.
