Hence the "conditioning" Bedini says takes place...the actual charge is likely due to the "self motoring" of the ions Bearden talks about

The flywheel was turned on a lathe...and the cross members I cut with a miter saw. The bearings are high speed steel bearing. I have several parts I would like to get rid of...the steel screws and the bearings...I want to move to ceramic bearings

It will drop at about .01v every 3 seconds...that is until the actual increase is reachedIt is actually charging, but you are correct...there is a phantom rise, I believe it is electrostatic in nature.

Ever heard of phantom voltage? If you load the batteries, how fast does the voltage drop? |
