Are you joking? You can't blame Jiffy Lube for this? They're ripping people off! I agree that a lot of people don't maintain their vehicles like they should but that has nothing to do with this. I got ripped off by a Valvoline once and I've never gone back to any of those places ever since. I just change my own oil now. It's cheaper and I have piece of mind that it's actually getting done.

First off, you cant blame Jiffy Lube as a whole for somthing like this. if anything, blame the people who drive around all day and then at the last minute (when the engine temperature is around 250 to 300 degrees) to get an oil change. Do you people not realize that people actually go under your car and sometimes get covered in the hot oil that comes out of your 250 degree engine!

Well that sucks. Good thing I never go to Jiffy Lube, but then again, any mechanic and really anybody that sells an inconspicuous service can do this.

My sister went to Jiffy Lube for oil change on 2 years old Suzuki Vitara. Thay screw it up, oil dripped out quickly while she was driving on the freeway and engine blown. We sued them and now thay paying for new engine + instalation at Suzuki dealership plus for her rental SUV. Bitches BUSTED!
