Well, the one dave uses specifically is the Chet Atkins version of it. Which was discontinued, in 1999 i believe. anyway you probably can find the SST still around, not sure how many they make still. ive gotten new gutiars 2 years after they were discontinued, if nobody buys them you know?

I looked it up and found out that the original version is just called SST Studio. I'm not sure if this is discontinued because I was able to find it for sale at a couple of places, such as Sam Ash.

Its called a Chet Atkins SST, its made by Gibson and Epiphone. or was anyways. its been discontinued.

is it true boyd re-recorded his solos on this? i heard they planned to make a live album of this, but boyd was out of tune, so they re-recorded his solos in the studio, so the live in chicago cd is edited so that he's in tune.....
