It's Driver 3. Pretty amazing for a GBA but the game itself has tons of problems on the GBA such as collision issues.

only thing i notice different is the sound music if it was on snes and just a remake. like in doom, the sound is not as superior

The GBA is actually not an SNES. It's a completely different (and much more powerful) system. In fact, the GBA can even emulate an SNES, to a certain extent. |
