I love the song, it's my favourite by the Spice Girls. As for the music video, it has never seemed to quite fit the song for me, but it's beautiful and a work of art in its own right. I will definitely second the idea that the video is a bit creepy, which is maybe why it doesn't sit quite right with me when I listen to the song. It's such a pretty song but the Spice fairies are almost evil little creatures if they are really out trying to lure children. ^^;
