i can see it is real, it boogles the mind how real life is what is solid only, but i can say that all around is energy , the thoghts u repeat are the reality u create, to trust that all will be there when needed is a large leap of blind faith, but if there were no higher power how would the world last so long with just nothing to believe in, trust and let go, worry and u are in darkness .

this for me(positive thinking)by itself dosent work,what works for me is focusing on what i want and then takeing action in reality.i would have never won a fitness competition if i sat on my fat ass believeing "i am healthy and vibrant"(is a negative lazy act rewarded with greatness?) but if it works for others great aslong as its not random reinforcement

how to apply the secret, the way i use it: wake up in the morning, wash your face and meditate for 15 minutes, by focusing on your breath, when toughts come just let them be dont judge, and go back to focusing on your breath. when you are done, go to the bathroom look at the miror, smile and tell yourself you will have a great day, all your wishes will come true, and that you love yourself.it will seem strange in the begining, but i promise you this; you will have a great day!!

its hard to stay on one state of mind, I myself have seen the results and yet, sometimes ruin everything for myself because of the bloody fear... this works, always has, always will... even if you know about it or you have never heard of this, its always in your life.
