Stairway to Heaven for the Goth Set...Screw in the light bulb.Wipe your face.Show how low you are.From 1979. This sounded weird at the time, even compared to The Clash, Slits and all that. More like Residents, Tuxedo Moon, MX-80 sound and Chrome. This was truly bizarre music then.Now? Classic Rock. As it should be.Hearing it for the first time, late one 1979 night on the local alternative station WHFS 103.1 was a revelation.

This is such a great song. The bass is so dark and it drives chills down your spine.You can really tell that Peter is influenced by Bowie.
