The best male voice outside of Opera, ever. Surely, right???? Deep like a cavern, husky like a heavy mist, expressive like...Donny Hathaway.If this was popular music of the 70s (which it might not have been, although it surely wasn't undergound 'either'), then what the hell's gone wrong?

He plays wurlitzer in the live recordings, but in this video is a fender rhodes suitcase.Great player and singer.More videos of him please!!!!!

I love this song, always have. I'm hoping my daughter will sing it this year. It's awesome to see Donny sing this song with everything he's got in him, from his heart. Love it!

For the mentally challenged people who don't understand this man: Go listen to Britney Spears if it makes you feel better. People who know music, get it. If you aren't able to understand, that's ok, and i'm sorry for your deficiency of mind and your shallow concern about who wrote the dang song, but at least allow the rest of us to admire his boundless talent.
