Firstly i didnt mention the IRA and secondly i dont think they ever intentionally targeted woman and children...Although warrington 2 children died i believe there was a hour long warning...Now in respect to a united Ireland im not sure and i dont think anyone knows for certain..IBut i do believe that Britain should have no control over Ireland...I believe there should be a united Ireland but 2 diferent states...Belfast governs the north etc..
