Terrible show she plays in (Gransazer), lovely girl and pretty good choice of music, Miami Vice simply rocks. I would definitely go for Marina instead of Candy, but this song from MV is good enough : )

I have the whole series on DVD and it sounds familar but can't place it. Sounds Season 3-ish.

The music by Jan Hammer was in the first season episode, Golden Triangle Part I. Miss Isoyama wasn't part of the episode and as you said probably had not been born when it aired.

I think that it was on a two part episode called The Golden Triangle. Candy appeared too shortly only on the first episode thought. The story was mostly about Asian drug syndicate locationg to Miami and about Castillo finding her lost wife.
