I always thought Jordin was that guy that didn't get kicked off and Melinda did. Anyways Jordin is good too#3. jordin is good but Melinda has a much stronger voice than her and I think she should have won. Sorry but you thinking Jordin is better is just an opinion not a fact. You can actually tell that Mlinda has more power in her voice by listening. Just opinions though

Are you kidding? Jordin can't outsing shit. He's no where at Melinda's level. He only one because he was more appealed to the young croud and for some reason this generation of kids music sucks. She was more classical. Jordins voice is no where near as strong.

I totally agree with you. The bad thing is that there is too many teeny boppers voting for the winner but if it was up to real musicians and ppl who know about talent, it would of def. been down to her and Lakisha. I stopped watching AI because ALL the good ones get voted off.

Melinda never ceases to give me goosebumps each time I see this and her other clips. I am a musician myself but I strongly believe this is the best thing that ever happened to american idol. She's got an impressive vocal range and control. It's really a very BIG shame on america to have voted the best out of the competition

I'm not an avid 'Idol' follower whatsoever, but the song happens to be one of my favorites. I have to give her credit: her voice is one of the more unique female voices I've heard in a very long time. Bravo to actual talent gracing that stage.
