I am not a surgeon but it looks like there was a caterac there. Why not take it out when doing the lens implant? Maybe defeating the purpose for better vision? Great work implanting the lens.

i had this operation 1week ago my right eye was a lazy eye that was inborn to me,the operation was almost 20mins and all i can see was a vey bright light but you can see the shadows of the apparatus theyre using its painless but sometimes you will feel a little after the operation the vision on my right eye had improve we are very lucky to have this technology right now because without this maybe many people are blind right now =)

They use general anestesia, all I felt was irritated, but not much. :D

I had this surgery 3 weeks ago :DI'm really happy with the work. I was born with cataracts and they had to be removed when I was 3 and 6 months, as my eyes were not developped enough I had to wait 17 years to have this surgery, it might look discusting, gross or whatever you might think, but the feeling to see when i open my eyes is magic!
