Very nice technique! Rather Miyazaki-essque as I noticed you are a fan of his work! I've always thought water color to be difficult when doing people and much easier when doing landscapes. I used to do a lot of water color but now if traditional it's graphite and oils, then for digital painter or photoshop. I would like to hear you comment on the piece and talk about your techniques during the time lapse moments as well as you're working!

@Sims: No, I didn't. Yes, I did. You seem offended.

and you HAVE to point that out? out of all the things you could say like "your a great artist"?you talk about his brain functions?
amsmith42 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
The reason you are "umming" and "ahhing" as you draw is probably due to the fact that your right brain (hemisphere, that is) is struggling to draw while your more dominant left brain is trying to do the "more important" talking. There is scientific evidence to back this up. There is no reason to be embarrassed or even worried about it. You don't show it in your videos, but I suspect that you actually feel this struggle while you are recording. Just keep on doing what you are doing. It is fine.

Your watercoloring technique is nice. What brand of watercolors do you use, Mr. Crilley?
