There are places in this song where Rufus's facial expressions are exactly like his father Loudon's, though of course more subdued than his father's grimaces. And his voice is similar in places too. Like father like son, even if the son doesn't like the father. LOL. As Leonard Cohen put it, "it begins with your family, but soon it comes 'round to your soul". Has Rufus met the Sisters of Mercy yet? I doubt it...

I hope Angel in Daytona opens the link to hear this powerful song. I love Cohen as a poet but find his voice difficult to get past. However, Cohen's artistry and Rufus' voice are a fabulos marriage... Thanks for posting this video!
