Hi JabzAmd,Thanks for commenting!We know that you probably have recieved your handset already but we have had to odd freeze here and there but nothing unusual with todays mobile phones. Texting is so easy with this handset due to the haptic feedback - vibration when touching the screen. Hey slicksilver07,We feel the reason for no vibration is because of the settings in the profiles menu. Try this:Menu > Settings > Profiles > Now tap the bottom left sub menu key > Edit > Alert by > Change to Ring and Vibration, should be the 4th option.Now scroll down and select Touch Type and then choose either Touch Vibration or Touch Tone & Vibration.We hope this helps :)Many thanks,The Human ManualTheHumanManualOnline . com
