You're missing the point. The acceptance of every feel good power given to the state because it isn't "purebred Socialism" is the whole reason we keep marching towards it. Looking at the so called income "inequality" with naive eyes as some evil that needs abolishing will multiply the problems that are just causes of the inequality. Perfect example: the bank bailout. Income between frugal banks and non Should be inequal. most see corporate welfare is bad but never apply the concepts to people.

The United States has one of the highest levels of income inequality in the free world. To mistake making the system more fair with purebred Socialism is utter foolishness on so many levels. 71 percent of American economists believe the distribution of income in the US should be more equal, and 81 percent feel it's a legitimate role for government. Enjoy ignoring that fact? No problem. But don't let your ignorance ruin prosperity for the rest of us.

Unfortunately, you are right dough. The ethanol mandate began under Carter and under Clinton (Al Gore broke a tie in the Senate to make the 10% mandate law) it was expanded. In 2005, Bush signed a bill quadrupling the mandate to 36 billion gallons in 2020.Good point my friend. I voted for Bush twice but I am certainly no fan of him.

Just like Yuri said "if you allow these schmucks to come to power they will destabilize your economy." Leftists in the USA have almost always been supported by the mass media, intellectuals, hollywood actors & actresses, elitists, bureaucrats, etc, etc. Liberals are nothing more than thinly disguised socialists/communists or as Yuri put it best "useful idiots."
