g: I did the same thing, all over the internet, to find some one better than Slavik is. But I came to the conclusion that Slavik is a very talented Latin dancer, he learned from the the best teacher, and practiced very very hard to arrive to where he is now!( comparing with his earlier videos). So I decided to oncentrate on one at a time. That is Slavik! I just ordered his Rumba DVD which cost me $99 ! But I am sure I will get out of him as much as I got out of "Simply Beautiful Ballroom"-$89.

I've browsed, browsed and browsed the internet for a rumba that was more technically proficient than this...and I haven't found one! It is a tragedy that Slavik and Karina will not produce another of these performances, and more so that Slavik perhaps may never win the Blackpool or the World's. However, this video, to me, will remain the benchmark to beat for any dancer, professional or otherwise. Good luck Slavik for your future with Hanna or whoever you may choose to dance with.

theres no doubt they are amazing! and i love them so dont get me worng when i say this is a sad/melancholic song and the interpretation at times doesnt suit the song but for the most part its technically perfect.
