It wasn't changed to Teenage Wasteland. The name has always been Baba O'Riley. But since they sing "Teenage Wasteland" at several points many thought this was the name. Therefore "Sometimes known as Teenage Wasteland". But the real name of the song has always been Baba O'Riley. But you can call it the worlds greatest song ever, too. That works.
