i work at the N.R.A.O. every once in a while we get the company together, get some liquid icecream mix and make instant icecream, the cool thing is ice cream made with liquid nitrogen is super creamy. good vid.

1. Nitrogen is not toxic. If it was, we'd be dead, for the atmosphere is 78% nitrogen.2. Any nitrogen left over would evaporate into the atmosphere.3. Salmonella bacteria would die after being exposed to subzero temperatures.

It's -297.4 degrees. Liquid Nitrogen is colder than that: -320 degrees. The metal bowl the LN goes into is conductive, so it's definitely possible that the bowl (or at least the air right next to the LN) will chill down to -297.4 degrees, condensing liquid oxygen right from the outside air and onto the bowl.

That's true - the reason why is because the liquid nitrogen can run down your hand and the folds of the glove can keep it close to your skin, causing damage.I did it anyway.
