they say before tv all there was was baby making to pass the time , according to an old gentleman i spoke to while at work one day. makes you wonder with tv, computers and such the reduction is smaller per family, but that generation from the time before tv makes up the differance on each child having children. my mom side. she is 1 of 7, they had a total of 14 grand kids,20 great grandkids

my grandmother is 86 she had 6 children she now has 62 grand children and 15 great grandchildren and my sister is due sept 11 and my brothers baby is due sept 30 so that will make 2 more great grandchildren

my great great great grandparents from germany had 12 children when they came to the united states...so imagine how many of us are around five, almost six, generations later =D family is awesome!!

ok so here goes...my grandparents have 8 kids, 28 grandkids, 35 great grandkids + 3 more on the way, and a great great grandchild also on the way!! lol..how's that??

My father has 13 siblings still alive, and 2 more that died very young. Lost count of my first cousins around 50. *chuckles* Think I have you beat, Kristin. |
