I found it on Limewire just now. I Searched for little mermaid Main titels. Thankfully I found it, almost the best part of the movie. Love that song. Good luck finding it

Magnificent soundtrack....I highly recommend Treasure of the Four crowns by Ennio morricone or Mission to Mars OST by Ennio as well.Heartbreaking tunes there.The general's daughter by Carter Burwell will move you to tears.
