When I was in school, we had two guys who were the most popular jocks in the school come out. They had this going on for two years, and nobody knew. They had girlfriends and all that. And when they came out, everybody hated them. I thought it was bullshit, They have a right to be who they want. I was upset about prop 8, were supposed to be free.... But were still not

Very good film. People are not willing to understand... Many people are scared that friends and family will abanadon them for who they are. Luckely i have 1 good friend i can talk with and who'll always be with me...But still a very touching en beautifull film...

I disagree. being gay in high school is not a walk in the park, it depends on the circumstances. for example, i am gay and in high school, and still in the closet, but i am also very religious, and my entire family hates gays. i have a boyfriend of 7 months, and he just came out to his parents, i could never do anything like that because i fear that i would be put into therapy or something like that. however, i am glad that you had an easy time in high school.

Ummm just looking at the both of them how could they keep it a secret? It's about as meaningless as Rosie and Ellen coming out. How about a film with a meaningful message like don't be dependent on the good opinions of others? Instead of wearing the pink heart on your sleeve? Better yet if people want to make out get a room why don't you? I mean breeders and queers.
