Not quite. They sound similar, but the chord structures are different enough. By your rationale, 38 Special ripped them off with "Take Me Back to Paradise."

What are you talking about? Self-plagiarism!How do you steal from yourself? This song may sound similar to "China Grove" to you but to me it is a logical next step by a band that has matured over the years and though slightly similar (same band,same musicians,same writer/composers) this song is dare I say better than CG (quite a feat since CG was an incredible song also)! I wonder why it would resemble another DB song? It's a mystery to me!
