It's an outrage that the residents of East Kentucky coal towns are dispensible enough to the profit-driven energy companies that their lives are literally endangered by slurry flooding and toxic slurry contamination. Good work Appalshop for trying to get this message out there - if only our politicians weren't trembling in their boots over the thought of losing campaign contributions from these energy execs! And shame on you, EPA, for looking the other way!
