I'm glad you found it useful.You can do a couple of things to figure out the keyboard shortcuts.One is to hover your mouse or pen over the tool you want to program and eventually the keyboard shortcut will show up.The other one is to go to the Help menu and type in Keyboard Shortcuts in the Search tab.I hope that helps ...rich

Return it to wherever you bought it or call Wacom Customer Service.A pen in included with all of the Wacom tablets ...Rich

It will work with them for sure. Paint does not have any pressure sensitivity so that aspect of the Bamboo will be lost.As for Gimp I don't know. I don't believe that Gimp has pressure sensitivity.Rich
