I played Drones as one of many songs for my teacher in drums and percusion to get good grades ^^ you have to start it from the begining to get it right. try one other song i played dude. Meshuggah - Spasm. harder tracks more work and bettre grades :PTo bad i don't have a cam.Good luck.

Sure he was, if you were starting out right now, I think Flo would be a little too much to digest out of the gate. I think guys love Joey because for a mainstream drummer, he is fast but in a non intimidating way. He represents extreme STYLE drumming but in a way that the average drummer can attain with practice. A guy like George K or Flo becomes somewhat abstract to casual drummers. Joey has def. raised the extreme drum profile. Before Heretic A. you ever hear DB like that on mainstream radio?

Look guys I know Flo is great and Derek and Steve from Deicide.... all these other guys. But you know if you ask these very guys why they do what they do, they say Dave Lombardo Pete Sandoval Hellhammer and guys like that. They are the godfathers of what we do. You know Blue if they ARE kids where better to start than the guys that invented this shit. Try a better approach than high horse brow beating. Who cares this guy is faster, no this guy is. Grow up and just enjoy all the great drummers.
