If you look up the meaning of pseudo it means fake Oh and sorry for calling you a he.. I thought you looked a tad too girly to be a guy LOLAnyway, best of luck getting these "episodes" under control.. whatever they are, they can't be too good for your health (physical or mental).

I was having fits with only a minute or 2 between, but was put in a coma and on a breathing machine because of it and it's pretty rare for that to happen and if it does it's very serious and 911 needs to be phoned.I think there is confusion between non epileptic seizures and pseudosiezures.. one is a seizure caused by things like low blood sugar or liver/kidney issues.. the other is not a seizure at all, but looks like one.. hence NOT REAL/PSUEDO!!!

Also you don't have minute break in between seizures and start again, unless like me you have had status epilepticus and are going into one seizure after another, and unless your a child and have other problems associated with epilepsy, I cannot see how this person remains floppy with no limb stiffness, unless I have a doctor run through the whole seizure or episode with me, I remain unconvinced that this is true in the nature of epilepsy.

this person states I have complex partials, but in this vid it says a tonic clonic, I see no clear tonic phase, cry out at onset, stiffing of body or stiffing with limbs pulled up tight and no clear clonic phase, stiffing of limbs and jerking in limbs and mouth. I know some people can only get 1 of each phase, but I see none of that here, there is no stiffing of limbs, classic sign, slow it down to watch and can see, i have epilepsy & surely this person would not remain on the couch so easily.

I had around 40 seizures over 2 weeks ( was in ICU for most of it and was fitting while in a drug induced coma) and haven't had any since taking Dilanton. I dunno.. I'd hate to say it's fake if it isn't.. I feel sad for you anyway. You are very brave to put this on youtube.. I couldn't even look at a vid of myself having a fit.

If this is real I apologise, but I have seen quite a few over that past year and I just don't believe yours are epileptic. Do you wet your pants? bite your tongue? How long after do you sleep for? |
