This was pretty funny but for those who are criticizing animal control they are trying to get the cat adopted. They take the time to go outside of the shelter to make things more appealing, hence the leash. Blame the jerks who failed to care for the cat, not the people, in many cases volunteers, trying to save its life. Because so many people are irresponsible and abandon their animals, they can't house them forever. The next step, sadly, will the needle. A few scratches is worth the effort.

I have tried several times to watch this video with a straight face, and just can't do it. I bust out laughing everything time. It's just the dude saying how Pinky is such a nice cat..and then BAM!!!I'm not, nor do I think anyone who sees this video is laughing at the cat. You're laughing at the man because they set themselves up for that attack.
