That's sociological effects not magic. It also goes along with communication skills and assertive personalities. It can be broken down scientifically; why keep it general and just call it energy? When being specific, there are many other ways to enhance yourself. You do not need religion or semi-factual beliefs to back up your life. Buddhist philosophy tells you that self knowing creates outer knowing. Improve yourself and the world is at your hands. Kinda like Magic.

all action comes with thoughts. you can find ceo doing the same thing to motivate there employees. go to football game. they visualize and bring up a cone of energy in the pep rallys.. energy moves first from mind outward
